Very clean and you always saw folks keeping it that way. Very polite and helpful staff. I liked that it wasn't huge and loud, too. I would definitely come here again.

The pool is freezing with no heater and jacuzzi broken. The staff is aggressively trying to sell their other resorts any moment they see you. I was not impressed on the interior and the things felt rundown and unkept. This seemed to be the consensus of the travelers we met and I’d never return there.

Everything here was great and our butler Yajhaira really made our stay so much better!! The only thing I would say brings it down from 5 star is the food choices. There isn’t enough American choices (I know we are in Mexico). Also, you have to buy bottled water. They give you a plastic bottle you have to fill around the resort with “filtered water” but it’s warm and tastes weird. Our room was amazing and huge, awesome showers, comfortable bed, beautiful view and beach, and the staff is beyond spectacular. We would go back for the price this resort costs.

Not much of a welcome and no explanation of the property and services. My other party had a brief orientation that turned into a time share pitch. Very aggressive. Would have liked to have seen entertainment in the bars and more nightly entertainment outside. The hall sometimes used was dingy with scruffy chairs. Rather hard to get restaurant reservations less than two days out and then they would always be half empty. On the plus side, wait staff was helpful and very friendly, the resort is on the small side so everything is close. Food is decent. Probably wouldn't go again though.
