The property was well maintained and extremely clean, the service was excellent, and the food was very good with items prepared to my particular wants. The only downside was that the heated pools and swim outs were very cool and certainly not as advertised.

Go! We won't hesitate to go back. We thoroughly enjoyed everything there except the beach. While it's lovely and nice to walk on, the water was too churned up and brown for us to want to get in. The beautiful pools and service made up for it. PS. probably the most comfortable bed I've slept in along the Riviera Maya! Food was fresh and plentiful, we had zero complaints.
