The place is nice and the amenities. Is just many of the staff is really incompetent and they claim they they are “following policy”. For example one night, because they failed to charge the room when the card was given, they just decided to lock is out of the room with all out stuff inside. Terrible. List goes on but not worth it. We just won’t return.

The environment was not too bad. However, there were not much signs in order to use or adapt to the environment. For instance, we walked out from the breakfast buffet and wanted to take a photo. My husband seated on the railing wall going out of the restaurant. He seated on the wet wall and got a lot of white paint on his pants. I thought we might have missed a sign of wet paint. However, we looked around and didn’t find any sign of wet paint. The only sign we found was “men at work”, which did not mean anything in this case. We had to deal with the incident immediately and didn’t have time/proper clothes to enjoy the stay. We were very unhappy.

Great Beach and Hotel
Very nice beach with calm water. Hotel pools were great. Plenty of food options on premises, and also some nice places to eat within a short walk. Easy to get around the hotel zone and to downtown via a bus that runs frequently. The hotel property itself is very nice. Only problem was the ice machine broke on our floor, but they did try to fix it right away.

Beautiful property. Excellent food. Excellent service. They allow you to bring your dogs. The beach is so nice and private. The grounds are maintained to perfection. I will be returning and I highly recommend this to anyone interested in a great value and great experience of Cancun.

This property needs to be updated. You have to be careful when you select the type of room. I selected 2 queen beds with terrace and upon checking in, I had a room without terrace facing the parking lot and busy Avenue. Do not assume that you will get an ocean view when it says terrace. Terrace could be the first floor next to the parking lot. For an extra fee, I was moved to a room with 2 queen beds with a little bit of a view of the ocean. View of the ocean does not mean full view either.
