My overall experience of this resort was average. It was my first time in Cancun and this resort as well. They were very stingy with their beverages even if you’ve inclusive. Bar, food, beaches and pools close at 11pm so the resort is pretty much dead after 11pm. They don’t have much activities for guests to enjoy outdoor. However, the resort was clean all the time. There are employee to help you at all hours. The beach front view is AMAZING! The resort is located perfectly as it’s easy access to downtown and other stores like grocery, retardants, shopping, bussing, party places etc..

La playa frente al hotel es preciosa. Fui pensando que tendríamos un mal rato después de leer los reviews pero no. Siempre tuvimos agua caliente , siempre limpiaron la habitación y nos proporcionaron toallas limpias . Las habitaciones ya son un poco viejas

Not many choices for breakfast and always a line up. The beach has very limited chairs so it’s first come first serve. No food on the beach only drinks that are served. If you want to eat you need to go to the pool area. Pool area very limited seats as well and first come first serve. The rooms are very old and need upgrading. The air conditioning was set at 25 Celsius and didn’t move even tho we put it at 20. If you are looking for an all inclusive I would suggest the Krystal grand from what I heard it is better. I did not take the all inclusive package and I was content as just sleeping in the room. Beach area is nice however if you don’t like loud music I would not suggest staying as the area is in the hotel zone.
