The host invited us to go see the other hotel just to try to sell us what they call club membership which in reality is a timeshare Waste of our time. She never told us that it was for that purpose The pool in my opinion was not the best

Buffet was very small always had a line Food was not the greatest Staff was helpful Will I recommend yes if it’s a low budget vocation why not! No! If you are used to a 4 to 5 star then it’s not for you.

All the staff were very helpful & happy. Convenience of it being a small all inclusive there’s basically 75 steps from elevator to beach, pool & restaurants. I’ve been in 12 all inclusive’s in 4 countries and this one was by far my favourite. Super clean, good wifi, nice size balcony, comfy beds, food was good with fast service I had no problems getting dinning reservations and not booking until 10:00 am. Plenty of lounge chairs but can use a few more, in busy season I could see a bigger demand than availability. Ferry to Isla Mujeres is right resort. Fumes from water craft was not bothersome but we had a good breeze daily. Best kept secret there is the 24 hour snack bar I had breakfast daily up there, plus teas & coffee’s and you oversee the lobby, tv’s & stage. Only slight negative is the shower if they stopped shower head from leaking the pressure would improve greatly. Hoping take family there next year.
