Dirty, rundown hotel. Our room was dirty, the bathroom was in bad shape (hair on counter, parts of door trim missing, etc.), the hallways were not clean - do not stay here. We left we didn’t even stay and when we asked the hotel for a refund they would not give it to us.

Great food. Great service. They have a great sand bar for jumping into the Gulf. Even on red flag days, a lifeguard watches the sand bar and puts up a couple yellow flags from about 9 AM until 6 PM. The pool is a little difficult to use because people selfishly reserve all of the chairs with a towel. Then they leave and not remove the towel preventing others the opportunity to use the poolside chairs.

Staff very helpful. Ocean/ beach beautiful! Food was better at the specialty reataurants than the buffet. Many items at buffet did not seem hot enough and barely warm at times. Had issue with leaky air conditioning that was never really fixed but did not affect the comfort of the room. Beds very comfortable!

It was all “ok”. We got w great price, so considering the value, it was ok. Drinks were very watered down-even beer and wine. Could have used some more staff-long waits for drinks at the lobby bar. One night, there were around 25-30 guests in the bar and only 1 bartender. Bartender was doing a great job, but one man can only serve so many people in a timely manner. Food was ok. We didn’t go hungry. Mediterranean restaurant was definitely the best for dinner. Staff was great. It was incredibly windy and cloudy most days-which the hotel couldn’t help, but definitely affected out satisfaction level. Ocean wasn’t swimmable the whole time we were there.
