Loved this hotel! It was a bit outside the zona hotelera but honestly the bus drivers will pick you up from anywhere for $2! For any tours with transportation we were always the first to be dropped off at the end of the night so that was a huge plus! The staff was friendly and everything was great!

I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel and overall, it was a delightful experience. The ambiance was charming, and the customer service was exceptional. However, my only disappointment was with the shuttle service, which was advertised but proved to be misleading. Despite numerous attempts to call, no one answered, and it was frustrating to discover upon arrival that there was no shuttle service available. Moving forward, I suggest removing the shuttle service from the advertisement to avoid any confusion for future guests.
