By far the worse experience. The employees are not knowledge on what their new updates services are. They removes restaurants from the all inclusive and have extremely limited no availability for the VIP restaurants for consumers. When asked if we can reserve with time they say no and once in the facility then it’s now availability unless you are there for more than two weeks. The staff will curse you out if you don’t give them the tip personally. Some other staff don’t even acknowledge your presence and or continue talking about personal things in front of you.

Staf very rude, not helpful. Very bad experience at check-in didn’t explain anything about the property didn’t welcome correctly. Need a lot of training rooms are very very old and duty facility is very old. Everything is just terrible. Restaurants are very cheap and poor would not recommend to anybody this hotel
