A unique hotel in Tulum, with beautiful rooms, bohemian vibe and amazing staff. The front desk crew was always polite and helpful, Joshua in particular went above and beyond to help us, the housekeeping staff are magicians and Will at the restaurant was a real professional. Hotel is located in a great part of Tulum beach, next to the best restaurants and bars, but still a 10-minute walk away, so quiet enough for a good night's rest. It is also right on the beach, with a dedicated beach zone for guests, fully equipped with beach beds, chairs and food options. My only suggestion would be to extend the free coffee hours past 8am ;) and slightly speed up food orders. I will definitely return to Lula Tulum and hope the hotel will continue to keep its charm, great service and good vibes!

A very few ocean front boutique hotels left in Tulum. The managing staffs and the rest hotel staffs were wonderful, especially Allegra . I only hope the new management will not expand the existing facility to another large hotel! The hotel restaurant is a winner as well. The one thing it can improve will be its WiFi speed and coverage.

My best friend and I had a girls weekend at Sanara and it was amazing! Geraldine, Joshua and the rest of the staff were so nice and accommodating. The property is absolutely beautiful and we loved every minute we were there. We will definitely be back!
