Located on beach, and they did a great job of keeping the shoreline clean. nice amenities and convenient to shopping and restaurants. We had the breakfast inclusion which was a great way to start the day. They offered a variety of food options each day and there were menu options also available throughout the rest of the day to purchase. The rooms water/shower didn’t get warmer than lukewarm in the morning, but seemed to have a better chance of a hot water shower mid day or later. When checking out we discovered a drink fee that was added that we did not order but was charged to our room. We never charged anything to our room and paid cash the entire time we stayed. Disputing this added time to our checkout and created unnecessary frustration.

Upon checking in, my husband and I were assigned a first-floor room that had a noticeable moldy smell. Additionally, when I attempted to take a shower, I discovered there was no hot water available. We promptly contacted the front desk to report these issues, and while a staff member was sent to address the smell and fix the hot water problem, we were dissatisfied with the overall response. Despite our discomfort, when we requested to change rooms, the front desk staff seemed unwilling to accommodate our request. Furthermore, the location of the building by the street resulted in constant vehicle noise throughout the night, making it nearly impossible for us to sleep.

5-star resort, this is not. I’ve been to better 3-star resorts than this. The service here is extremely subpar. The first day, we had to actually call them in the afternoon to get our room cleaned. And they still didn’t do it for hours. Then they didn’t give us any water bottles to replenish us and had the audacity to tell us “it’s only 4 free waters a day, the rest is a charge.” How does a 5-star resort not even give out free waters to the rooms? What a scam. We did the breakfast included option. The breakfast is just your normal resort breakfast, but smaller- fruit, omelette station (with just one person, there’s always a long line), eggs, meats, etc. There is also a line that forms in the later part of the morning because the breakfast area is quite small, so get there early or be prepared to wait. The beach service is basically zero. There is one guy who walks around in no particular order and then you don’t see him for another hour, if that. The chairs are always in disarray and don’t even think about getting one if you come down in the afternoon. You’ll be sitting on your 5-star resort TOWEL. The pool service is only a little better because they have to actually walk passed you more often in general. So it’s easier to call them over. But there is still only like one person serving the whole pool. The beach bar is and La and there are very limited chairs, there are some swings and like 3 bar stools. There is NO swim up bar? That was disappointing for us, because
