I loved the hotel. However .I saw some sign of deterioration inside of the bathrooms around the pool and the restaurants areas. The furniture at the lobbie are also getting dirty. The people that work at this hotel really like to work there they were all very nice and proffessional Some restaurants were not great.but in general the food was good.. please dont tell poeple that you are offering an hour and a half presentatiom to sell your " products" and in reality they are there with a seller for two hour or more . Other than that We had a good time thank you

the food options were super limited, like i it was so hard so find something because there werent much options. also the people wake up at 5 am to put their towells on the chairs, there were never chairs around the pool it was impossible dont know why they allow that. i felt like i was in hell, basically only the ocean was beautiful.

Overall a great experience. Staff was super nice. Bathrooms are a little weird if not staying with a significant other. No reservations at the restaurants could mean extended wait times which was the only down side.

Staff was great but the AC at the lobby and 1604 room was terrible. I asked if they were not working and no one actually cared if the AC were working. Heard from a lot of people staying there as well

The staff was very nice. Arrive early for dinner. Buffet options are just ok but you’ll find something. Drinks were great- I was happy! A great place to stay!
