"The swim up bar was great, but we had to swim around people to get to the bar. We would leave the room at 8 o’clock in the morning and come back at four and our room still was not cleaned. We had to look for staff to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. The staff was not very welcoming or friendly, from the coffee bar to the restaurant outside. We felt like we were intruding, they didn’t greet us with a smile. The weekday towel boy and the umbrella staff was the best part!"
