"I LOVE the El San Juan Hotel and I always have! The minute you walk in the lobby you are ready for the party with the big beautiful bar. Every single person on the staff that you come in contact with is wonderful! They are the nicest, friendliest and accommodating people; from the front desk, to the bartenders, to the dealers in the casino. Food and beverage service on the beach and at the pool is fantastic. My only negative is they need more front desk/check in people. They were short staffed during my stay and I had to wait a bit too long for help. I just can’t wait to go back!"
