The property was clean and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable. The check in was incredibly difficult. They sent the wrong code and did not answer the phone, making it an hour later when we checked in. We were exhausted by the time they responded

The room was clean, priced great and had all necessary amenities. When we arrived, we were given the wrong code from management’s email and were only able to get into the hotel because a man from housekeeping helped us enter the room. I did receive a follow up email from management about an hour after check-in with the corrected code. We had no issues with the location however we were warned by a taxi driver and Uber driver that the area is “not safe” and to only walk north toward Isla Verde Dr. we were able to walk to access public beaches and food including restaurants and grocery stores.

The room was very clean, water and sodas provided! Also, shampoo, hair dryer, clothes steamer. Very convenient to the airport. It felt secure, free parking, close to shops and restaurants.

This property was close to the airport but no one in a reception area to check in or out or to help. We never could get the TV to work & you had to pay for Netflix. We weren't sure how safe it was at 4am waiting for Uber. However it was a clean but small room.

This property was excellant! Its close (within walking distance) to the beach, shopping and plenty of restaurant/bar choices! They make it easy to check yourself in and out but if you do have any issues they are just a message away and are quick to respond! The room was exceptionally clean and up to date, it looked beautiful when we arrived! One negative thing was there is a sign saying to leave thermostat at 70°, which for us, made it super hard to sleep. I wouldve liked to have been able to make the room cooler as I dont sleep well when im hot and 70° was pretty warm in that small space. We also got woke up several times because of people slamming the main door in front, which was aggravating at 3am. One last thing is we were there for 5 days and they didnt come and give us fresh towels or check to see if we needed anything. Other than that, as those arent HUGE problems, this property was perfect! I would definitely recommend Rosalina to anyone going to stay in Puerto Rico!
