AC basically non existent. Very stuffy in the room. Once the windows were open, we are across the street from the bar so very loud until 3AM. Extremely poor lumpy and flat pillow. Would not recommend.

"We did not have breakfast included on our stay so we did not eat on property. We were charged an extra 30 Euros because we arrived early for our check-in time. Our room was not serviced at all for our entire stay. We had to chase down the maid to swap out our towels and empty trash. The location for this hotel is amazing. Plenty of restaurants, bakeries, and shops close by. The train was very close as well, and there was a convenience store right on the corner for snacks, drinks, and food if you wanted to cook in the room. The biggest downside was the lack of cleanliness from the maid and the charge to check in early after having traveled for so long and so far."
