9/10 Wonderful! (890 reviews)

"THIS IS NOT A REAL 4 STAR HOTEL!! One of the worst managed places we have lived in so far. They don't have a front desk and the number that they give connects you somewhere else. When we came, the balcony door was so difficult to open that I spend half an hour trying to open it, as if it was the ..."

Hilton Grand Vacations Club Whistler

"We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Grand Vacations Whistler! We booked this resort to celebrate our daughter’s 10th birthday, and we specifically chose it because of the family pool and water slide. Our stay was great. We found a good deal through Expedia, and the resort was perfect for a fun family birthday celebration. The front desk staff, especially Andrea, was so warm, welcoming, and helpful. We also did our pre-registration in the morning, and we really appreciated that they allowed us to use the pool while we waited for our room to be ready. It was such a nice touch and made the birthday celebration even more enjoyable. The kids had a great time at the pool, and we were very happy with our experience overall. We would definitely book Hilton Grand Vacations Whistler again and would happily recommend it to other families looking for a fun and relaxing stay in Whistler!"

"This was a perfect base for our stay in Whistler as it was outside the noisier tourist areas but only a ten minute, fantastic, walk to the town centre and all it had to offer, while still being on the edge of nature. It was large, comfortable, exceptionally clean, and had all of the amenities we needed. For a skier in the winter: couldn’t ask for a better location as it is a one minute walk to the lifts. We wouldn’t hesitate staying in this property again!"

"We love staying at the Horstman House. The rooms are just what we need for our family. One recommendation would be to have a later check out. 10:00 am is quite early, as check in is not until 4:00 pm. Only concern. Everything else is great 😎"

"The process of booking, checkin, check out, was seamless and super easy. The location is perfect. Short walk across the park right into the village shopping center. I didn’t have a view of the mountain but that’s okay I knew that when I booked my room. The only thing that I found as a draw back was the tv channels and how that entire system works but who goes on vaca to watch tv….no one. But I do like to fall asleep with the tv on and unwind for the night. I found it confusing, didn’t have regular basic cable or at least I couldn’t figure it out and takes these odd 2min commercial breaks of nothing being played. The room itself was perfect for a solo traveler, lots of space, storage and extra bathroom. The one thing was the coat hangers at the entrance seemed like they were gonna fall off of the walls and the towel hanger in the master bedroom bath did fall off when I went to grab the towel off. But again these are minuscule things. I would totally stay here again. The sushi restaurant next door is divine and a must stop dinning location. Do be aware there is a large refundable deposit. I didn’t see this on hotels.com while booking and was not made aware of it until after I confirmed my stay. I would suggest they be much more clear and upfront with that. I also had to call the front desk upon checkout to ask if there was anything specific I needed to do prior to heading out and was asked do I have a dishwasher in my unit? Which I don’t so he said then theirs nothing needed."
