Although their wasn't enough snow to ski to the mid-station and the winds were very high ~ we had a great time skiing off the Franz's chair where the snow was great and returned to the warm and festive atmosphere of the Hilton. "This hotel is nicely updated and I loved the outdoor pool, open in the winter. We now would not stay in any other hotel in Whistler. I also noticed the way staff interacted with one another. You could tell that they had good working relationships. The managers were good-natured, respectful and caring to staff. I also saw them go out of their way themselves to help guests with wayfinding and understanding English. The conduct of the management team says a lot about a business. Highly recommend."
