"Our 2 night stay was good. The room was standard, the bed comfortable and the pool lovely, heated and in the afternoon sun. I like that they provided ample towels in the unit. The room faced the front and was very hot with the warm weather even with fans. I’d recommend facing towards the back in the summer months for cooler rooms. There is no front desk Sun-Thurs so no opportunity to check in early, even to park. Check out is 10 which is earlier than the usual 11 but they allowed us to keep our car in the parking lot for a couple of hours so we could go for a walk. Note there is a free bus (#5) that goes from the village and drops you off at the front of HH which was super convenient. It runs every 30 min. I’d recommend the accommodation."

"Good location. The staff was nice and courteous. The place was nice and clean. However, we were not aware (it should definitely be indicated in your property description) that no room cleaning services were provided. It is not a problem if a guest stays for one, or two nights. If your stay is longer it is a serious problem. We were told that cleaning was our responsibility, but no cleaning tools were provided (no vacuum cleaner, no cleaning solutions, etc.). The receptionist told us that some guests (who have vehicles) travel to Squamish (about one hour drive) to purchase cheap cleaning tools at Dollarama ! Many misleading features in the Hotels.com description: On your website: Free area shuttle, Dining, A bar/lounge, A coffee shop/cafe, A restaurant, Restaurants on site - none of this was available. There was no restaurant to eat a real breakfast; only coffee shop with pastries few minutes away. 1 outdoor pool - it is a very tiny pool and not suitable for adult swimming. Heated pool on site - the water was too cold; maybe it was heated but not sufficiently. Pool access: 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM - wrong hours listed on your site, they were shorter."
