They charge more at the door than what you contract them. It's supposed to be $30 USD for cleaning and it states that in the contract. Clean space witb modern finishes. The rooms, living and kitchen spaces are large and comfortable. Yes there are stairs, and yes having light luggage helps - but overall the area is safe, quiet and food places are easily accessed by walk.
