Seems like a hotel in transition. The rooms and common area in lobby are all very nice. Comfy beds. Hallway, elevator carpet in halls all felt leftover from an older hotel. Location was kind of funky and not much right around it. Good value though that's for sure. We slept well

The staff was super friendly and helpful the second you walked through the front door. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was easily accessible and very safe. We will definitely be coming back here the next time we are in Greensboro.

Cozy Greensboro Townhome ~ 7 Mi to UNC Campus
Cinveniently located by my daughter's house, quiet neighborhood, and check-in/out was smooth. Nicholas was a pleasure to deal with. House was spacious for me, bed was comfortable, laundry etc. on site. I would recommend.
