The best part about Hotel Denim is the staff. Jonathon made me feel like a longtime frequent customer even though this was my first stay. He went beyond the call of duty to provide extraordinary service and resolved a booking issue that was due to my mistake. The GM is also super. All of the staff is friendly. If I have the good fortune to return to Greensboro (a lovely smaller city) I will gladly stay at Hotel Denim again."
