This hotel is in new condition and very clean Rooms are very spacious even for a family of 4 with serval bags. One thing the management could work on is the overall friendliness of the staff. Some service personnel really didn’t measure up to the friendly standards That is typical in Mexiico .

Lovely experience at this hotel. Very helpful staff. Downstairs breakfast restaurant was excellent. Food was delicious. Rooftop restaurant staff could have been friendlier though.
