It did not look like the pictures . The pool was broken and the staff was not helpful. It took a hour to get a drink from the bar . They kept messing up the bills .i do not recommend

Pool was is closed for a whole month . No where in the website shows this . And to top it off they charged a fee for my stay, after showing them all the proof from Colombia immigration documents ; they still charged me over $600,00 pesos Terrible customer service!

The breakfast lived up to the hype. It was fantastic. The in house restaurant should be a Michelin star restaurant the meals were so good and fresh. The pools were great and staff was awesome. Thanks!
