Apartment with Garden in Abbadia Lariana (Lario10)

LARIO10, located in the heart of Abbadia Lariana, is just a few steps from the enchanting shores of Lake Como. The apartment, bright and elegantly furnished, is the perfect starting point to explore the wonders of the area.

The living area, designed as a spacious open space, includes a welcoming lounge with a double sofa bed and TV, and a modern fully equipped kitchen with dining table (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared, we think it is proper to use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the closet/shelf most adjacent to the sofa). A French door opens directly onto a large private garden extending along two sides of the apartment, creating a sunny and peaceful green space where you can enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings and views of the lake.

The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom, which also has direct access to the outdoors. The bathroom, complete with a large shower and washing machine, is designed to offer maximum comfort and practicality during your stay.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.



The apartment does not have private parking, but there are many free public parking spaces nearby.



Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

Guests have the access of the whole apartment.

Abbadia Lariana is an ideal destination for those wishing to explore the wonders of Lake Como and its surroundings. In about 10 minutes on foot from the apartment, you can reach Abbadia Lariana’s beach and the Ulisse Guzzi Park—perfect spots for relaxing lakeside. The port, about 500 meters away, offers direct boat connections to the main towns around the lake, including Bellagio and Varenna. Hiking enthusiasts will enjoy the Sentiero del Viandante, a panoramic trail along the lake’s eastern shore offering stunning views and unspoiled nature. Also worth visiting is Valentino Park, with its scenic overlook offering views of the lake and surrounding mountains. A short distance away, you’ll find the Piani Resinelli, known for their historic mine tours and numerous forest trails. In about 15 minutes, you can reach Lecco, a charming lakeside town framed by mountains. In approximately 40 minutes, you can also reach Valtellina, a region rich in nature, culture, and culinary traditions waiting to be discovered.



How to get there:

By car, follow the Strada Statale 36 toward Sondrio and take the exit for Varenna/Lierna/Abbadia Lariana/Mandello del Lario. From there, the apartment is about 3 minutes away.

By train: from Lecco station, take the R13 train and get off at Abbadia Lariana, which is about a 15-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, take the D20 bus toward Mandello del Lario and get off at the "Abbadia Lariana - municipio" stop. From there, it’s an 8-minute walk to the apartment.
