We were closed to almost everything. Gallery was just crossed the street. Emporio has delicious buffet. Other restaurants were very closed by. Beach is located in the back yard. We had a wonderful time. We will definitely go back.

I loved that was by the beach in the middle of the city easy access to city transportation 12 pesos pp. Beach had glass and garbage, needs to be clean up. I didn't see anybody from the hotel cleaning the beach. My bathroom stinks like sewer water day and night.

Being a frequest flyer I can compare and to me, this hotel was overrated. It was wheelchair accessible (as it should), ordering food from room service was much better than the buffer and much cheaper. The most important, the hotel didnt have any entertaintment for children or adults. Few pools, the beach and expensive paid water sports, like Jetskies, etc. For someone who will stay more than 2 nights it can get a bit repetative. Also, parking its not free, get ready to pay for that, wether its included in your booking or not, ITS NOT FREE.

What I really like about the property is the people that work there. They were really nice and attentive. The cleaning lady was amazing! We would go to the beach and pool and bring all kinds of sand and wet towels back to the room, and she managed to have it spot on clean every day. The pool was great, I think it's a bit outdated, needs some general upgrades, but my 5 yr old son loved it. The breakfast buffet was also really good, specially for the price. There is also a Tarascos Taco place about two blocks away, and that was our dinner spot. The tacos were really good. Love this place and would love to come back soon.

The staff at the SPA are phenomenal. The SPA is a main reason for my stay at Emporio. All hotel staff are friendly and warm towards me during my stay.

It is located in the middle of restaurants and stores. Walkable to any place, and the beach was also walking distance. And the views were amazing! The rooms are a little outdated. But everything was clean.
