The space
The distribution of rooms and beds in the property is as follows:

In the basement area we have 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom, as well as 2 sofa beds. On the ground floor of the house we have 1 a room with 2 double beds with a large bathroom. In the upper floor area we have 3 three bedrooms that are distributed as follows, master bedroom with 1 king size bed and 1 sofa bed, full bathroom with separate tub, the middle bedroom has 2 two beds double beds and their bathroom is shared, when you go to the last bedroom you have 2 double beds.

There are 5 rooms, 12 beds and 7 bathrooms.

We don't allow parties :)

Taking into account the safety of our guests and the accommodation, when confirming your reservation with us, you will be asked for the following information:

Full names of the guests who visit us
Model, license plate, and color of the cars.
Photograph of the front of your official identification

This is to confirm the identity of our guests' information and safeguard everyone's safety. It is a requirement that the community where the accommodation is located has. Likewise, there are cameras outside the house, looking only towards the street.
