Beware!! Do not leave your CC on file!!

My stay was great, the hotel is right on the beach and in the heart of the main drag of Acapulco. I am upset that at check in, I had a car and valet asked me if I wanted to self park or valet. I chose self park. They asked me to leave a CC on file and they would charge me at check out. When I checked out, a young man named told me he would charge the parking. I then told him they had charged me an open tab and parking at check in. He told me not to worry and that he would only charge me the self parking. He ended up charging me x times. Do NOT leave your CC on file. I called a few times and they said they would look into it but nothing has been resolved. Its a shame because I had 3 rooms there and really love the property. Do NOT trust anyone at the desk, they will run your CC and not authorize the amount but actually charge it.

Newly renovated. It has a fresh look, matched a high level of comfort. But overall, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. And for the brieft chats i had with them, their management is very supporty of them. I was a bit uncomfortable with the timeshare pitch the property tries to push. Once i say not interested, i do not like to be insisted on it. It took more than one No.

Hotel was beautiful, modern and clean. The staff was incredibly polite, helpful and always smiling. Even though we didnt speak Spanish they tried their hardest to understand us, help us and attempt a few English words of their own. The food and drinks were delicious and reasonably priced. We were able to use the VIP Expedia Gold Status which have us 15% on food and drinks. Were also able to use it on an incredibly relaxing massage in their spa. Would definitely come back and recommend this hotel. 🇺🇲

Excellent in every way!

A greatly enjoyable stay. Spacious comfortable accommodation, immaculate bed linen and towels, generous supply of quality toiletries, a decent coffee maker with good coffee, and something I’ve never commented on…really good loo paper wide & soft! Add to that friendly helpful staff from receptionists to restaurant and security staff. In all honesty, this hotel is impossible to fault!

Fiesta Americana's location is ideal to experience Acapulco at its best. The hotel is nice and very clean. Staff are super attentive and accommodating. Great for families. Expect a bit of noise due to it proximity to bars and street traffic!
