Elegant and Cosy 4 bedroom detached Storey Home with a spacious compound. The home has 2 beautiful very spacious living areas and two Terraces. The upstairs Terrace has a beautiful view with a relaxing swing.

The master bedroom is massive (the size of 2 double room) with a double room walk-in wardrobe and a double room beautiful bathroom which comes with a Jacucci and shower. The master Bedroom overlooks the Marina Park which is within a walking distance. Marina Park which has a lake, canopy walk, boat drives etc.
All rooms are en-suite with water heaters, built in wardrobes, air-conditions and beautiful folding fans with lights.
The open plan Kitchen is beautifully furnished with an Island and linked to a laundry / spacious storeroom.

There are two large polytank's and two pumping machines to support constant water flow and is also wired with Solar power to eliminate power outages.

The resident is secured with a security fence which has an alarm and security Cameras. Comfortably drive in with stress free remote gate.

There are various restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Restaurants include Starbite, Chicken Man, Pizza Man, Pinkberry, Waakye Supreme etc

Our beautiful home is very welcoming for children and a great and relaxing place for families, tourist, vacationist, work trips and everyone who wants to relax. It's also a quiet place which can enhance productivity and work life balance.
