The location was great however the room was shabby. The carpet was stained and the upholstered chair in the room looked dirty and it was stained. The day before we checked out they took our dirty towels and washcloths but failed to give us clean washcloths. I went down to the front deck but they were all out. They had housekeeping bring up clean washcloths. They did this promptly. There was no soap dish in the bathroom area. This left a soapy mess on the countertop by the sink. I would not stay here again.

The hotel is older, the carpets are darker so I think they were clean, but they look a bit dingy. Staff were polite and friendly, the breakfast was good. We were there 4 nights and only did it one day. They did offer it if we wanted. We opted not to.

Was very basic and the room was clean and comfortable but they did not offer daily housekeeping due to “ staffing shortages “ Common area was very dirty, all the glass and windows look like they have not been cleaned in decades. There are much nicer properties in the area

We were traveling with a dog. On checking in, I notified the clerk. He said...we'll have to move you to the "dog room". The carpet was spotted and smelled like a kennel. My dog is clean and doesn't bark, unlike the dog across the hall. I paid their expectations for the room and the pet fee. In other words, we paid a superior price for an inferior room. I won't stay there again.

Too Bad

The front desk person was friendly and did a good job trying to find us a room that was sufficient considering there was a mix up around the reservation. Once in the room however, it smelled strongly of smoke. The furniture was thread bare and apparently had not been upgraded in many years. We could not stay in that room due to the stench. We immediately left for another hotel in the area.
