The building was under renovation. We did not know that when we arrived. Our room was completed except for the cable not being hooked up. Their maintenance team worked nonstop until it was up and running. Overall it was nice considering the work being done. They had ran out of yogurt and the maintenance guy actually drove to the store to buy our kids yogurt! We though that was amazing, he definitely did not need to do that!

No ice, pool wasn’t ready, hair on the wall of the shower, construction debris in the parking lot, etc. I’m not sure why the hotel is open if it’s not ready for guests. I also witnessed someone leaving when I got there to check in. They were leaving because of construction noise and dust from the construction. That should’ve tipped me off, but I chose to ignore the woman’s complaints. The room was nice enough but not clean.

Had to checkout shortly after check-in and find another option at 8:00pm so we could attend our seminar for the next two days. Felt unsafe and very disappointed. Waste of a lot of money as no offer of refund was given.
