Downtown Albany 2 Bedroom + Workstation @ The Mark

Beautiful 2 bedroom / 1 bath + workstation located right in the heart of Downtown Albany! 1 block walking distance to Corning Riverfront Preserve at the Maiden Lane Bridge. We are located at the corner of North Pearl and Maiden Lane.

The building went through an 18 month renovation and completed in Jan 2021. Custom kitchens, soaking bathtub, ACs, exotic LED lighting, elevator on site and more! There is (x1) King bed, (x1) Queen bed + (x1) sleeper sofa in the apartment. Full size NFL Blitz arcade game in the living room.

There is a king bed, workstation with a monitor, keyboard and mouse in the primary bedroom. Workstation available for "plug and play."

Free washer / dryer on the floor (shared with 1 other apartment).

There is a modern kitchen table with benches! The kitchen is fully furnished with pots, pans, utensils, salt / pepper, olive oil and cooking gear! Every stay includes water bottles, granola bars, oatmeal packets and microwavable popcorn. There is a Keurig machine with K Cups, sugar, creamer and Tea.

In addition, included with your stay is soap, shampoo and conditioner. Just in case you left at home - we also included an individually wrapped toothbrush and package of Colgate toothpaste!

Bedroom # 1 - King size bed with workstation ready to plug and play! Monitor, wireless keyboard & mouse! 43 inch Smart TV on the wall. Blackout shades on the 7 foot windows! Bedroom is super bright and sunny. Faces Maiden Lane.

Wifi - there is Wifi throughout the apartment. Strong steady signal, excellent for remote work!

Parking: There is a city owned parking garage via Park Albany called Riverfront Garage. It is less than a 5 minute walk from the garage to the building (1 block away). Garage entry is 1.5 block away at the corner of Broadway and Columbia Street. Parking lot is behind the Federal Court building. If you park towards the end of the garage, you will be at the corner of Maiden and Broadway. For long term stays (over 1 month) one monthly parking space will be included.

Pets: Pets must be given permission. We love pets and try to ensure you and your furry friends enjoy your trip! Any damage, unannounced or non-permitted pets will incur a $250 charge. With that in mind, we ask you to clean up as best as possible. If needed, there may be an additional $25 cleaning fee per stay (requested after the stay if necessary). This would reflect additional cleaning if needed.

TV: The apartment comes equipped with (x3) smart TVs with Chromecast. 55 Inch in the living room and 43 inch in each bedroom!

The apartment is equipped with blow dryer, Keurig machine for coffee, sweetener, creamer, tea bags, corkscrew / bottle opener, pizza cutter, toaster, cutlery, cutting board, ice trays, dishes, pots, pans, laundry detergent, bluetooth speaker and USB outlets.

Linens: All towels, sheets and duvet covers are laundered after every stay. There is a laundry room next to the unit for your convenience.

Books and Games: Additionally the apartment is equipped with Monopoly, Jenga, large Connect4, a couple books including two kids books: The Hungry Caterpillar & One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish.

Heat / AC: The apartment has central heat and AC. Cool AC for those hot summer nights! Thermostat on wall in unit. We included a fan in each bedroom for extra airflow.

Entry Door Code: An electronic lock is enabled. New door code will be issued for your stay. After your stay, the code will be disabled.

Security Cameras: The building has security cameras at the main entrances and inside the building’s lobby / common areas. There are NO video or recording devices in the unit. There is a Nest Wifi Point - with NO recording abilities. IF you see anything suspicious - PLEASE ALERT ME IMMEDIATELY.

PERFECT location.
Came up to see a show at MVP arena and this place could not have been more perfect. Walked *less than half a mile* to the arena and then back again after the show. We were showered and in bed before we would have gotten out of the arena parking. Apartment was super clean and comfortable, host was fantastic. 100% would *love* to come back when another tour rolls through Albany. Highly, highly recommended!!!

It was better than I expected, the extras (tooth brushes, tooth paste, lotion, snacks, water) were great!! I would stay here again when I am in the area. The only drawback was the parking.

Great central location. Perfect place to stay downtown. I highly recommend.
Stayed for the NCAA Basketball tournament. Parked at Hilton Parking Garage and walked the whole time. Had a great time. Stop into McGeaey's for great food and some drinks.

Wonderful place in Albany
We were in Albany dropping my son off at college. The flat was nice and clean, and very easy to access. The description was spot on. The beds were very comfotable. There's a lot to do within walking distance- restaurants, bars, shops, the event center. Parking was super easy (there's a 'park albany' app). If I could give one criticism, the couch is not the most comfortable, but then again, we didn't spend an awful lot of time sitting around on the couch. I will definitely stay in this flat again when visiting my son.

Everything you need and in a great location
This rental is clean, convenient, comfortable, spacious, and well styled. Everything went smoothly. It was the perfect place for us during our weekend stay in Albany for a wedding. I would definitely recommend and stay again in the future.

Great location in downtown close to bike path
we rode bike from Buffalo to Albany and this place was a perfect fit for us. If you need to park a car there are public parking places which you will have to pay for. The place is not necessarily super quiet. We could hear what is going on in the building or nearby. If you are sensitive bring earplugs. We loved being here due to the convenience factor. Would stay again.

Great location, great place to stay!
The place was beautiful and was verythingn that we were looking for. Plenty of food options in walking distance as well as a park/bike path on the River. The owner gave very clear directions to help and was very responseive when we reached out.

Great find!
Stayed there with my daughter and her boyfriend. Great space, very clean, everything we needed. Loved that it is on a “secret” sweet little cobblestone street with two great convenient restaurants next door. Only feedback: get better towels! They were ridiculously thin and cheap, and so unlike everything else. We will be back!
