The room was dirty. The shower curtain didn’t even fit the shower. As a matter fact, it was so poor that we didn’t even bother staying the second night. It certainly made our do not return list to say the least I would rather to take a couple hundred dollar loss, then subject my family to the conditions of that property

We reserved a 2 bedroom suite, non-smoking. The room smelled of cigarettes immediately upon entering. I was told by the check-in staff that it was a non-smoking room. We requested a refund and my card was charged the rate of the room

It was so dirty. The jacuzzi tub was actually disgusting. We kept having to wipe it down, other guests hair and pubes, grime and dead spiders. Had to move the bed a bit when i dropped something and there was trash all behind it. The bedding was stained brown im some spots. The guy who chdcked us in was nice though

Spacious room and very clean. Nice kitchenette with separate living room, sleeping area and bathroom. Huge jacuzzi in the room as well- but everything was so outdated. The mattress was REALLY old and very uncomfortable. The tiles in the bathroom as well as all around the jacuzzi were chipping pretty badly to the point that it really was not safe to use. Disappointed with that. It was clean and spacious but with so many options in the vicinity, I wouldn't stay again, especially at over $220 on a random non holiday Monday.

The rooms being a little old would not have bothered me but it was very dirty . Room smelled , very dirty could tell it was surfaces clean . Pillows smelled thank god I brought my own pillows . Knobs broke on the hot tub so couldnt use . Woke up in morning and there was a roach crawling on the floor .

Poor poor stay

There was a mildew odor in our room they moved us to another room still had the same smell has a hard time sleeping from the odor had to ask to have room cleaned Hotel needs upgrading will not go back there again. Breakfast was just ok Always stay at spring hill suites so much better not worth the money it cost us

The room was not clean. The sheets were dirty. We found a tee shirt that was left behind hanging in the bathroom. Staff members brought us clean linens but not enough and made no attempt to fix the issues. We had to wipe down the bathroom.
