They do not listen!

We called them about 7:00 am to confirm our reservations for the night. They confirmed them. We told them that we would be heading to Disneyland and we would have a late check in. Between 8:30-11:30 pm. They confirmed that it wouldn't be a problem. We informed them that we were paying cash for the room so if they wanted us to come in before we went to Disneyland and pay for the room, to keep it reserved, we would do that. However they told us it was not necessary since we confirmed with them. Around lunch time, my husband called the motel again, in case there was a staff change and the prior staff failed to inform the current staff of our late check in. Again we informed them of our late check in, paying cash and asked them if they needed one of us to drive down and pay for the room to keep the reservation. We informed them that the debit card we used to reserve the room, was no longer valid, as it was left at a gas station on our way to Anaheim and we had to cancel it with our bank...do once again...cash was going to be used. Our room was confirmed again. We left the park around 9:00pm. The fireworks show was cancelled due to prevailing winds so we headed to the motel. Upon arrival they told us our room was sold to someone else as our credit card was declined at 8:30am that day. We called twice! At 7 am before they charged the card, informing them why they couldn't use the card and again after they tried to charge the card and they still confirmed the room for us! BAD!

Serves it's purpose

The motel isn't the place to stay if you are hoping to get comfy after you have spent the day going from park to park or ride to ride. However, the rooms we had were clean and didn't smell of cigarettes. The employee at front desk was courteous to offer us our room waaaayyyyy earlier then check in which I greatly appreciate since we drove all night. Overall, this hotel serves it's purpose.

Nice hotel it was close to knotts berryfarm

Stayed there two nights. It was easy to find the place and there was always parking so that was a plus. Very close to Knotts. It was simple nothing fancy.
