Zoetry Marigot Bay - All Inclusive
4 out of 5

"The Zoetry is a beautiful hotel and was the perfect way to end my trip relaxing. Shout out to Ronnie by the main pool Bar he was very helpful and the supervisor at 1461 (sorry forgot his name but tall guy with braids) Only 2 complaints- The bathroom in my room had a strong smell, very distracting kind of like a mildew smell. But biggest complaint would have to be the hotel staff specifically the women! A lot of them don’t come off friendly at all. I really wished I caught her name but there was a server who came down to the smaller pool to collect bottles and I asked her if she’s taking drink orders…she said no very aggressively as if I asked her to do something that wasn’t in her job description and she proceeded to walk away. I think hotel management needs to talk to employees about customer service because that really really rubbed me the wrong way."
