My friend and I went from 09/19/25-09/25/25. The male staff were very welcoming. Some of the women staff were not friendly AT ALL. The food wasn't that great. However, the drinks and the bars were amazing and we had the best bartenders. The food truck was very consistent and did not disappoint. The only restaurant that was really delicious was the hibachi. Our room and the resort was very clean. The elevator was broke most of the time so we had to use the service elevator. The beach was amazing and the pools were nice. Overall, we would more than likely go back once we wrap our mind around the 1hour and 45 minute ride to and from the airport. It was a good time.

This property although t beautiful to look at in pictures lack customer service. Our upon arrival was clean but we had no towels the elevator did not work. One of our family room had mold in the pull out bed. We called to ask for water and never got it. At the bar staff were very rude ignore some of the request for drinks and water. Restaurant hard to door. We arrived with a party of 30 people and there was one receptionist to greet and register us. It took hours to get everyone a room. One of our luggage was taken to another part of the resort. No one escorted us to our rooms we were pointed where to go and had to carry our own luggage up the stairs. Food at Buffett was ok not many options to chose from. The Expedia’s person that was supposed to help I called number did not pick up call and started texting with me and provide no help at all. Sad to say if I could give a negative zero star I would

Worth every dollar! I think the people of St. Lucia are amazing in general but the hotel was top tier. Staff most of the time were incredibly nice and welcoming, some went above and beyond and it was appreciated. The hotel was very clean and had plenty of options! Also family friendly which was a bonus!

This resort is clearly understaffed and poorly managed. Foul odor random days in the buffet. We had two rooms and both smelled like mildew. AC didn’t work in one of the rooms. No towels available by the pools which was a daily occurrence. Best food was in the buffet, and that food was not great. Would not return nor recommend this resort to anyone.

Extremely disappointed with my stay. They booked two separate rooms for me and my wife, when we really booked it together. They made us wait an hour before we got a new room, and by the time we get there, it turns out the door look is broken, another 2 hours pass before they fixed the issue. They never even tried to make it up to us or make our stay better. On top of that, the services were practically nonexistent. Called for housekeeping multiple times, only for them to not show up at all. The staff don't like being there and you can see it in their faces. The resort lacked basic safety measures — I never felt secure during my time there. A few of my family members got stuck in an elevator when it stopped working, one of them had a baby with her as well. A worker heard them and had to force the elevator open. What was advertised versus what was actually available were two completely different things. Definitely not worth the money, and I would never return or recommend it to anyone.

1.5 hour check in , no elevator the whole week , terrible room service room service , terrible restaurants , ugly beach , no door at the bathroom , when we checked in there where no mattress for the kids in the room. after long flight we couldn't even take a shower and sleep. 11 at night they finally brought mattress , NO TV THE WHOLE WEEK. COULDN'T FIX IT. D I S A S T E R !!!!

Staff is a bit unfriendly in certain areas, also there was a shortage of no towels everyday and you have to reserve for dinner otherwise it’s booked for the day which is insane spending all your money for the all inclusive this place false advertised and didn’t mention this before booking.
