Overall a good experience. The all inclusive option had restrictions which kind of defeats the purpose of all inclusive but it was still beneficial.

I stayed at the coco resort and the time away was great. Needs much updates throught out the whole place. There many mosquitos and the air conditioning is on it's last leg. It is next too many shops so if you want to grab something it is right there.

We stayed for 10 days in coco palm from 3rd of April 2025. The hotel is in a nice location at Rodney Bay with 5 minutes walk to one of the best beaches. It is one and half hour from UVF airport to the hotel. Staff at the receptions; Carleen, Roxanna and Vincent; were very polite and helpful. The Bartender were kind and helpful with smile all the time. He knew his job very well. Waitresses and waiters ; Ellisa, Chrizen,... were very kind and helpful. They all were doing their best to serve any customers with any taste. We were frustrated on our arrival at the airport. The hotel supposed to send a taxi for us but it never turned up. After one and half hour waiting, we took a taxi to the hotel. Lunch and Dinner had set menu. Food varieties were OK. But Breakfast needs some improvement in regards with more fruits, varieties of chesses. Unfortunately, wooden beds were old and making noises and need some repairs and fixing.

The property is located in a good location. This was my 3rd time staying at the property. I would say that there needs to be some updating and deep cleaning. This time some of the bed frames and furniture in the room were molded. There was also some mold in other areas of the room and the shower house needed changing. My stay outside of what is mentioned above was good, but management should address this.

My stay was fabulous. I liked my room, view, breakfast and drinks at Ti Bannane. Staff were helpful and often went above and beyond. The location to the Village is second to none. The pool is large but perhaps too shallow , there are several outdoor spaces to chill and the beach is only a few minutes away. I got a good airport taxi driver. Only hiccup is my bedsheets were a little dirty and the balcony could benefit from a couple chairs and/or a small table.

great location, service terrible

I am glad we did not book all inclusive, I have never had such terrible service. We ate there the first night and then ate out every night. We often waited 20 minutes to get a drink at the bar while locals seemed to be getting theirs topped up. The bar staff had a really poor attitude, such a shame as outside of the hotel the St. Lucian people could not have been more helpful or friendly.

Overall the property is well kept, the rooms were spacious, good running water, excellennt AC. The staff are friendly and helpful with any problems or concerns that arises. The breakfast that was included was alright, wish they had more choices and options. I like that we were walking distance to various stores and restaurants. The beach was a 10 minute walk from the resort. CM

It was our first visit to St. Lucia and Coco Palm was a good place to stay. The pool was great, the best part of the resort is the food. Great selection and we chose to do the all-inclusive package which really allowed us to try multiple meals and options from the menu. The only downside was the elevator didn’t work well, so we used the stairs for most of our visit. The resort is a little ways away from the beach, so if your goal is to be on the water, probably not a great spot. It is a great location for shopping, restaurants and transportation was easy to access from the front desk. The resort is close to the marina, which made it great for our excursion days out on the water, so definitely check that out!

I recently stayed at Coco Palm Resort and had a fantastic experience overall. Upon check-in, I was greeted with the infamous rum punch as a welcome drink, and I enjoyed the swim-up room that came with the all-inclusive package. While the breakfast wasn’t to my style, both lunch and dinner were amazing—just check out the videos of the food! I appreciated that I didn’t have to leave the resort unless I wanted to, as everything I needed was on-site. My room was beautiful and comfortable, with daily housekeeping and staff checking in frequently. As a 29-year-old American - Black, I enjoyed a relaxed, quiet atmosphere. The manager mentioned that the resort often attracts a British crowd, which might explain the breakfast style, but for me, the peaceful vibe was perfect. I had multiple drinks a day and three satisfying meals each day, making my stay truly comfortable. Although most of the activities I wanted to do were about an hour away, the resort’s proximity to Rodney Bay, shopping malls, a nearby club, and several dining options added extra convenience. I did get bitten by a few mosquitoes—a small reminder that you’re on an island surrounded by nature—but that was easily managed with bug spray (which I wish I had brought). With amenities like a spa, a bank, and prompt, helpful responses to my emails, I truly felt taken care of. I would definitely book here again and highly recommend Coco Palm Resort for a relaxing vacation.
