Not good at all, check in endless, reception guy did not help with our substantial luggage, kids ended up in premium room, us in the daggy other room, tired interior. Way too expensive for what it was.

The location was stunning. The property could use some updating but was functional for our needs. Within walking distance to many local shops and restaurants. The Cockpit restaurant within the hotel was a disappointment. The food was typical bar food you’d expect at a US franchise - was hoping for more local cuisine and better tasting. When trying to order room service, they indicated they were too busy and unable to accommodate.

Located in Rodney bay and walking distance to the strip and restaurants. Staff is lovely and accommodating. It was a last minute reservation and during high peak season but it was great!
