At the beginning of Cap d'Antibes, near the white and soft sandy beach, La Salis, you will find this very bright and quiet 3-room apartment. Here you can enjoy a 50 square meter terrace that runs around the apartment and offers a view of the sea, the mountains, the Old Town and the La Garoupe lighthouse.

The apartment is in a small, well-maintained, secure property on the top floor. It has a hallway, two bedrooms with double beds (160x200 cm and 140x190 cm) and AC, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The living room, with a view of the Old Town and the sea, has a sofa bed for two people (160 cm), a TV, AC and a dining area with space for 4-6 people.

The kitchen is open and fully equipped. All rooms have access to the terrace with electric awnings and blinds.

The apartment also includes an outdoor parking space within the fenced area. It has double-glazed windows, and the building has a lift.

Antibes is a little gem on the French Riviera. Cannes, Nice, Monaco, etc., are within easy reach if you fancy an excursion. The train station is only a 20-minute walk from the apartment.

Das Beste:Wir waren zum Jahreswechsel hier. Durch die Ost/Süd/West Terrasse konnten wir die Sonne den ganzen Tag genießen. Und auch dem Wind ein wenig aus dem Weg gehen.Lage: In einem ruhigen Wohnviertel gelegen. 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis ins alte Antibes. Der Bäcker und kleinere Supermärkte waren in 800 Metern zu erreichen.Das Meer war nur 150 Meter entfernt.Das Ein- und Auschecken lief völlig problemlos und äußerst professionell. Vielen Dank dafür.Kleine Mängel:Sehr hellhöriges Haus und Wohnung. Man kann den Türsummer für die Eingangstür im Erdgeschoss in der Wohnung im dritten Stock hören. (Störte nicht allzu doll, da wir im Dezember/Januar in der Nebensaison dort waren) Wenn es windig war, pfiff der Wind durch alle Terassentüren und Fenster. Besonders das Schlafzimmer auf der Westseite war dann kalt und zugig.Geschirr, Besteck, Kochutensilien waren reichlich, bis auf Töpfe reichlich und in guter Qualität vorhanden.Zusammenfassung:Für eine Familie eine tolle Wohnung... Gerne wieder.
