Villa Sud is a breathtaking super villa with direct access to the Mediterranean Sea. The views are spectacular with tremendous sunsets on the terrace daily. The accommodation is set over four floors with 6 large suites with bathrooms and a huge lounge and dining space. The villa boasts 5 annex suites for friends, family or staff. The kitchen has top of the range appliances and the laundry room appliance’s are high spec. Located next to the famous Belle Rives hotel and la pasangre Michelin stared restaurant, the location is superb. Just 30 minutes away from Monaco and 20 minute’s from Cannes, Cap Antibes is a stunning and beautiful place to spend hours over looking the sea and lazy afternoons wandering the local town. So many visitor suggestions including the Picasso museum and beautiful Antibes buildings. The local jazz festival happens every year and the history of music in Juan Les Pins is superb. The villa has several balconies over looking the sea for complete privacy, we can organise concierge services for all extras including cars, boats, restaurants, days out or indeed in house services of chefs etc
