1 bedroom, 1 bathroom refurbished apartment in the Old Town of Antibes. Long sunny South facing balcony accessed from living area by 2 floor to ceiling French windows for relaxing, dining and watching the world go by.
Fully air conditioned/reverse heat throughout.
Bedroom - Queen bed with very comfy mattress and good quality bed linens. Fitted wardrobes and plenty of cupboard storage. The bedroom is at the back of the building so very quiet and the apartment is double glazed throughout. Large en suite bathroom comprising of bath, shower, WC, wash basin, heated towel rail and washing machine all leading on to a small balcony allowing a full flow of air throughout the apartment and to hang out your towels and laundry.
Bright open living area with sofa, Dining table and 4 chairs that lead onto the long sunny balcony for outdoor dining or just relaxing sipping a chilled glass of rose watching the world go by and reading your book.
Free Wi-Fi and Orange TV with a mix of English news and French channels.
Complete kitchen with dishwasher, oven, induction hob, cafetiĂšre, extractor and fridge. Included during your stay tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper etc.
Walking distance to bus and train station.


Day trips: The train and bus network will take you to wherever you need during your stay. Take the train east or west for exploration of Cannes, Nice, Monaco and Italy. Buses will transport you inland to Biot; famous for its glass. Grasse for the perfumeries. Eze; one of the most beautiful perched villages over looking the Mediterranean and St Paul de Vence for its many art galleries and stunning village.

The local yacht club, 10 minutes walk along the beaches gives you access to Hobie cat's, kayaks and stand up paddle boards to explore the bay.

Golf is a 15 minutes drive to Biot and the start of the many ski resorts only 1hr 45 minutes away.

Of course during your stay you may never need to leave the charm of the Old Town. A myriad of restaurants and cafes are a stroll away. Alternatively you can relax further by taking advantage of local beauty salons, spas including gyms exercise classes and hairdressers.

Close by Juans les Pins famous out door concerts 'Jazz a Juan' in July. Casino and night clubs plus a selection of private beaches to sun and dine both day and night.

Concerts, events and business conferences all close by through out the year.

Lovely apartment

Marice welcomed us on our arrival and made us feel confortable. The apartment is very nice, well decorated and clean. Big enough for 3 (sofa bed very comfortable) with a nice balcony for drinks! It is also well located in the old part of Antibes. We could easily walk everywhere. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A good choice for a town centre apartment in Antibes

The apartment is very well located on the edge of the old town within walking distance of the shops and sites of Antibes and less than 15 minutes walk from the beaches. We chose this place to be within walking distance (less than 30 minutes) of the jazz festival while staying in Antibes, which is a town we like a lot. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (no lift), nicely decorated, light, comfortable and airy, being exposed on 3 sides. Although the air conditioning was very welcome at night, especially as there is inevitably some noise, being in the centre of town. Marice is really friendly and welcoming. We didn’t have a car (parking not easy) but buses and trains are close by and we used these to go to Nice, Monaco, Biot and on coastal walks.

Lovely perfectly situated apartment

The apartment is perfect, we felt like home plus the beach :). Everything one could think of needed was provided. Quiet on the bedroom and lively in the living room. Breakfast on terrace was wonderful. We had our 18 months daughter, the place is child friendly. We loved it here and we highly recommend it.

Apartment was exactly as the listing sets out. Really good communication and help from the owners, they went the extra mile when we had flight time changes. This enhanced the holiday. Great week in Antibes

The property was as listed. It provided everything we needed for our stay and was clean and comfortable. Enjoying breakfast, purchased at the nearby boulangerie, on the balcony was a real treat. The property was ideally located in the old town with a large selection of restaurants to hand and close to supermarkets and the main attractions. We enjoyed our stay in Antibes. The apartment is very comfortable and is well equipped. It is easy walking distance to the old town, grocery stores, restaurants, beaches and public transit. We bought a train pass and visited many places along the Cîte d’Azur. My only complaint, and it’s really very minor, is that there is no view from the balcony but you can’t have everything!

Excellent apartment and location

The apartment is located at the edge of the old town in Antibes providing great access to the old town and other areas. It’s within 15 minutes’ walk of the railway station, which was handy for us and we travelled there by train. We also explored other areas by train, hired city bikes and walked around beautiful Antibes. The apartment has a great layout, lovely balcony which has the shade in the morning so a perfect spot for breakfast. There are lots of thoughtful touches, like beach towels and umbrellas provided as well as teabags, sugar, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar, etc. Marice our host was lovely and very helpful. I’d definitely recommend Antibes and this apartment.

Lovely and relaxing Antibes holiday

We had a fabulous, relaxing 9 night holiday in this apartment. Ideally located on the fringes of the characterful old town, within easy reach of the sandy beaches, train station, restauraunts and all other amenities. The layout is perfect and the apartment has a very roomy, airy and open feel to it. The added bonus of the good sized balcony to the front of the building is brilliant for relaxing and people watching. We stayed during the recent heatwave and it was very hot! However as the bedroom is at the rear of the property the efficient AC ensured a comfortable and relaxing night’s sleep and it was also very quiet with no traffic noise. We were spoilt for choice in the evenings, with such a diverse selection of excellent restauraunts and bars to choose from. Maurice and Cambell were excellent hosts and very helpful and efficient when we had a minor problem with the water heater. We will definately return to Antibes again, our favourite destination on the Riviera

Real Provence

The apartment is perfect for a couple who wish to be centrally located, yet way from the tourist traps. With the exception of a small saucepan for heating milk for our 'grand creme', it had everything we needed for our 10 day stay, including an excellent washing machine so we could travel light. Sitting on the long balcony morning and evening (before/after the heat of the day), watching the world go by, was a treat. In between, the efficient air conditioning kept us cool. We found a traditional french cafe almost on our doorstep and a number of local restaurants catering for residents and not just tourists. We also enjoyed having a wonderful food market just a short troll away. If you're looking for a slice of real Provence (and can manage steep stairs up to the 3rd floor - I'm 67 and had no problem) we highly recommend Marice & Campbell's lovely apartment.

Exploring the French Riviera

My husband and I stayed here during a visit to the coast, while other family stayed at places close by in Antibes. It was close enough to the train station to walk and close enough to a couple of different beaches and to many places in old Town. Marice was in contact with us before and was there waiting for us when we arrived from the train station and also had lots of good ideas and resources for us. We also spent time exploring nearby towns on the coast and this was a super convenient place to stay to jump on the train to explore! We would definitively stay here again.

A restful spot in the heart of Antibes

A Superb apartment , exactly as described. Bright , airy, tastefully furnished and decorated, great balconies and all amenities including the beaches within short walking distance. The appliances etc. were easy to use and functioned well. The bed was very comfortable and at night-time the area was very quiet with no traffic noise which is not generally the case in such a central location. Marice and Campbell are outstanding hosts and they added to what was a comfortable , relaxing and most enjoyable stay in Antibes.

Excellent old town apartment

It is quiet and everything is well maintained and clean. Marice and Campbell are outstanding hosts and check-in and communication was very smooth and easy. Definitively a place to come back to!

Great stay in Antibes Old Town

Wonderful accommodations with comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, AC which was important with the heat wave during our stay and proximity to all you need to explore the region (train, bus station and short stroll to all the restaurants and shops in the Old Town as well as the beautiful beaches). Great value for the price. Clean and safe. The welcome bottle of chilled rose’ was the icing on the cake. Bravo!!

Short holiday to celebrate birthday

We have just returned from a super 8 day break at this exceptional sunny, bright, spacious and very practical apartment in Old Antibes. Suited our needs completely having double sofa bed in living room to accommodate our adult daughter who joined us for 2 days. Location couldn't be better to access all Antibes has to offer. Well equipped kitchen should you wish to cater, although with so many great restaurants within walking distance we didn't. Air conditioning very welcome in the warm conditions. Would definitely recommend and hope to return. Thank you to hosts Campbell & Marice for smooth check in and out. Kind regards Steve & Deb

Lovely apartment in a great location. The apartment has everything you could possibly need in it.

Marice was a lovely host, informative but not intrusive. Check in and out were very smooth. Would definately book this apartment again if we were in the area.
