The villa "Provenzale Clos de Minerve" is located in Cap d'Antibes and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The property, spread over 3 floors, consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the ground floor, and 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the first floor, accommodating a total of 8 guests. For additional guests, there are two more rooms and a bathroom located in the basement. Further amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and dryer. A baby cot is also available. Birthday Weekend in Antibes

My friends and I spent a great few days at Villa Provenzale Clos De Minerve. The pool is large and the water warm. The outdoor space and BBQ area worked perfectly for us - eating outside every night. We hired in a chef on the last night and had a great meal. There is a small cafe within a 10 minute walk (on Bd Francis Meilland). Each day we also walked down to the beach at Plage de la Garoupe and had drinks at the beach bar - which had a chilled vibe.

Great Property and location

The house was wonderful and only upstaged by the garden and pool, providing an excellent indoor/outdoor living experience. The location was also nearly perfect, just a short drive to Antibes’s old town and nearby beaches. Cannes was also an easy drive, as was Nice, but a little further. The owner and manager kindly arranged an early check-in, which was important to us as our flight arrived at 8AM and we were traveling with our 4 month old granddaughter and her 3 year old brother. We highly recommend the house for an enjoyable holiday for the entire family.

Large traditional villa in a great location within reasonable walking distance of beach , the centre of Antibes and Juan les Pins. Really lovely outdoor space with large pool.

Manque d'amour

La propriété est très bien située et offre une possibilité de séjour inoubliable. Cependant plusieurs petits inconvénients qui sont le résultat d'un manque d'entretient, constitut un aspect négatif à l'atteinte de cet objectif de séjour inoubliable; voici quelques éléments: dans la cuisine, une hotte de poêle qui ne fonctionne pas (ni le ventilateur, ni la lumière), le jeux de lumière sous les armoires qui ne fonctionne pas, un grille-pain absent à notre arrivé; une infestation de fourmis dans tout le complexe; la présence de pigeons qui nichent dans la structure du patio et qui défèquent sur le mobilier et par terre, généralement la propriété a besoin d'un peu d'amour. Malgré ces petits inconvénients, notre séjour a été agréable.
