Enjoy classic beachfront living at this 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath home in Aptos (Permit 28350). Located directly along the shoreline, the home features a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and an upstairs deck with sweeping ocean views. This is a well-loved, comfortable beach house where the incredible location and easy beach access take center stage—ideal for relaxed, sun-soaked gatherings.



The Space:

- Comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests

- 5 bedrooms - 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Bunk Beds (Full & Twin)

- 3.5 bathrooms

- There is no reserved parking space for this home. There is free parking on the street, however a space can be hard to come by during the busy months.

- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker

- Living room



- Upstairs deck w/ outdoor furniture & patio w/ outdoor furniture & BBQ - steps from the sand!

- For safety, the fireplace is not operable.

This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

Other Things to Note:

- While there is no reserved parking space for this home, you can find free street parking nearby. Please note that during busier months, finding a spot can be a bit more challenging.

- We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.

- TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels.

- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.

- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.

We stayed four nights and had a fabulous time! The location is fantastic with views of the ocean that can’t be beat! The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly need during your stay. The living area was very spacious and quite comfortable. The bedrooms were also spacious and well appointed with plenty of pillows and blankets. The bathrooms were nice and there were plenty of them! There were games and plenty of beach toys for the kids. The patio had plenty of seating for enjoying our morning coffee. We had excellent communication from our host from the moment we booked our trip all the way through our check out. Though we didn’t need anything during our stay, it was nice to know we could reach out if necessary. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Overall our stay was very nice. The only thing we had an issue with was the barbeque... it didn't work at all. When I messaged the host about it she stated to switch out the propane tanks but they were both empty, not to mention the unit was very old and overflowing grease from the bottom that stained the concrete.A neighbor was kind enough to let us use their charcoal barbeque for our stay when she noticed how difficult of a time that we were having with ours.

Great location.. on the beach. Property manager is very strict on check in/out time which is ok but I was given a non working access code and it took 2 phone calls to get a correct one as cell service is very poor. House was clean enough several cobwebs nited in bedroooms. More disturbing was the upstairs bedroom lanais with ocean views did not have any furniture and the photos on the vrbo site show lovely furniture. Plus the windows were so filthy one could not see the ocean. The location made up for our inconveniences.. Tho when you are paying top dollar one does not expect to encounter the above....
