"Front desk staff were great. The hotel in general is super run down. The rooms too. Not at all like the pictures. Breakfast was a disaster with the room attendant screaming that only one waffle was included. She had no idea that I was there for myself and my child. My child was sitting in the lobby with our belongings to check out. The waffle iron wasn’t in working order and spilled bater all over me, which was made more awful when I was yelled at. This wasn’t my fault, burned me, and left me feeling like a child being berated.
We stayed for two nights. In that time, my room key didn’t work SEVEN times. "
