Only reason why everything didnt get 5/ 5 was because we spent so much time waiting for the elevator. Such an inconvenience. Should have a service elevator for staff.

The room was great. The elevator situation was ridiculous. I know it was busy, but very slow elevators, stopped at every floor for people going opposite direction, and one was not functional. Very poor set up for such a large family hotel

The place wasnt bad just seemed like it was stuck in the 90s, didnt feel the cleanest. The front staff were terrible had to ask them about parking in the regular parkibg lot 3 times before we could get a proper answer. First time they told us we had to pay then they told us we only had to pay for valet parking. Then we asked where do we park if we dont want valet parking. They said guest parking like. We didnt know if there was specific parking for the hotel or just the regular parking at the mall yet. We were asking very simple questions and they just expected us to know everything apparently. The valet told us we can park in mall parking and the security will know that were hotel guests but we didnt leave any vehicle information with them so it was just mass confusion until another lady finally clarified.

Only 3 elevators were working so long lineups most of the day. Great being in the mall. Wish there was a straight connection to the wave pool had to walk through the mall wet. I would stay again.

Stayed in the western theme room. Overall cleanliness was good. Room is fun with the bunk bed for the kid. Feels like the place needs some upgrades from the '90's, though. Shower was lukewarm and the coffee machine didnt work. It was an average stay for a fair bit of money.

The jacuzzi tub had a bunch of black stuff in it. Called front desk waited for housekeeping but never showed. When checking out told front desk and they said because it was booked with Expedia there is not much they can do for us. The whole reason for paying such an expensive night was to enjoy the jacuzzi room. Very disappointing.
