It was easily accessed with several activities in walking distance. Churchill Square, Riverboat Dinner Tour, Muttart Conservatory, Riverhawk Baseball... There are several dining options and pubs. The hotel is older but in great shape and a knowledgeable friendly staff. Check in and out were quick and any requests were met quickly. There isnt daily housekeeping but if you need anything they can assist it. Extra towels, garbage and recycling emptied.

Everything was perfect except for the fact that we did not have a fridge in our room. We had our 6 month old son with us and had to keep his medicine and milk on ice for the night.

I was told I had reserved for two rooms, although my reservation said for one room only. The remote for the TV was old and for seemed to be for elderly people. I had someone knock at my door persistently for 3 minutes at midnight, that did not make me feel like the building was safe.

Rooms are dated. Smelled of stale cigarette smoke, likely not from a recent guest but rather soaked into the walls and furnishings from previous decades. Otherwise fine. Surely there already is a plan to renovate the rooms over the following years.
