For the price I paid I loved my stay I enjoyed every bit of it the breakfast options were great tasted nice the bed so conducive made me sleep like a baby I will come back here over and over again

The hotel was pretty nice. Nothing too big. But I wasn't a big fan of always having to enter my room (302) smelling unusual. It would be great for every room to have a plug-in air freshner. Also, I wasn't a big fan of the limited channels on the television. It would be nice for people to have access to different apps on the television, like Netflix, Disney +, Youtube, etc. Restaurant they have in the main level could be upgraded a little. It did seem outdated and the food was...so-so. Overall: 6/10

Hair all over several pillows. Shower head malfunctions and shooting water outside of the bath. I asked for a potential room change - declined. I asked for additional towels as some were used to clean up water on the floor - none given despite calling. I had to follow up hours later. I asked for room service on the second day - room not serviced. I called reception - they said apologized saying housekeeping had a busy day. They later brought up two large towels to make up for that. I’ve stayed here multiple times while visiting in town, by far the worst experience. No customer service.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. The hallways were super hot- no A/C in them. But overall a nice stay.
