"All excellent, great location for an event at Coop live arena. Room quiet and in nice condition. Mattress could do with replacement. Breakfast really nice, front desk staff excellent and helpful with our requests. Easy walk to tram stops and shops and restaurants. Walkable back from coop live in 30 minutes. "
