Check-in was quick. Need to use your room card to go in the lift on the ground floor. Room was clean, bathroom small but ok. Tea and coffee in room-no biscuits as I usually get in other hotels. Didn't have breakfast this time but it has been fine on previous visits

We didn't sleep well and the room was claustrophobic, the bathroom was cramped. We wouldn't stay again, unless we had no choice."
