Modern Manchester Airport hotel. Very convenient for all terminals. Good modern decor. It was very busy and noisy on night we were there but a few flights had been cancelled necessitating unexpected overnight stays.

Room was comfortable esp bed, good shower, starage space quite good. Staff very helpful. good breakfast - teapots / milk jugs would have been helpful though. Teabags in small teacups means multiple teabags orcarrying cups of hot water if, like me, one ordinary teacup of tea just isnt enough. There were waffles / pancakes / pizza / sourdough bread or square loaves for toasting, pastries, fruit, "English" breakfast and salami / ham / cheese / greek yogurt / prunes /peach slices / pineapple / melon as well. There was even a vat of porridge Main issue for me is I really dont like so much black / dark grey. Really bad visual contrast, would be very difficult for anyone with visual impairment, eg room numbers are black with slight gold hints on ablack background. I came away thinking theyd bought a job lot of black paint so painted everything black inc wooden floors, doors, skirting, hanging rails, black crockery, black picture frames, black bed base / hanging rails/ desk / shower / shower base. The carpet was beige with black, the rug was black with orange and the curtains were a very welcome orange. Sheets white. The walls were dark grey - and my initial reaction was they had a little bit of white so mixed it in..... I really want to like this hotel, I just dont like dark painted cortidors - it feels spooky / uncomfortable.

Upon arrival, I had 2 large suitcases and two hand luggage bags that the woman at the desk saw me struggle with as I walked through the door. At no point did anyone offer any assistance, the girl at breakfast couldn’t have been less pleasant and the service in general was pretty poor other than the guy who helped me with my cases in the morning when I left and the guy at the bar was really nice. Comfortable and clean room although very small for someone travelling with cases. Wouldn’t stay again

Really comfy quiet rooms, with pretty much all you need. Great spot for the airport and train station. Friendly staff, particularly in the bar and restaurant and the food was good.

Clean room, tiny, tiny room. When we arrived to the hotel there was only one person working the front desk and there were 7 ppl in front of us and about 8 ppl behind us. It was a bit of a wait and about 10 mins in another person came to help. It’s very close to the airport and a short walk to the sky bridge. Overall the hotel is very nice and modern.

Like a slightly more upmarket Ibis...

Modern hotel, functional but completely devoid of character. £25/night car parking pushed me to park off-site. Noisy air con in room. Weak shower never a great start to any day. Comfy bed and room well soundproofed though. Breakfast very average. Given the choice of hotels around the airport, I doubt I will stay again. Nothing really wrong with the place, it's just really bland.
