Room was on the basement floor with no natural lighting. The shower backed up and flooded. Shower wasn’t very clean. The bathroom fixtures were broken and hanging off the wall. For the cost, it was disappointing. The staff were very lovely.

"Breakfast was great but the room wasnt the best unfortunately, disappointed the double bed was two single beds that were zipped together, only the zip didnt work and therefore bed kept shifting apart and ended up falling though the gap between the bed. One mattress also needed replacing the springs were none existent and dipped in the middle.
Unfortunately a terrible night sleep, but this maybe one room out of hundreds and I was just unlucky to get it."
