Excellent
The hotel was nice, modern, clean, and in an excellent location (central to everything). There was a 24 hr service desk, whose staff whre always happy to help and please. The security was also excellent as unless you had a room key you could not get to ny of the floors other than reception. The only issue I had, which was there was no parking, and the entrance was in the side street, which was narrow and with no through road. No parking was available..so this was a huge problem. Liverpool is my home town and I was home visiting, so it made it difficult for friends and family to come and stop by to see me. Apart from the parking issue - I have no problems, what-so-ever, and I would definitely stay again and recommend.
