Nice hotel with friendly staff. Parking at a discounted rate right around the corner at the NCP. Great location. Unfortunately we found the bed to be much too hard to get a good night's sleep but this is all down to personal preference.

Excellent service at check in. Our room was spotless. The bed was very comfortable and the linen superb. My only criticism would be that I don't think dogs should be allowed in the dining area.

The room was quite small but nicely laid out with good wardrobe space and excellent bathroom and shower. Staff were polite, attentive and happy to help with anything and always with a smile. The lovation is handy for town, Liverpool One and the docks and waterfront. Extremely good, would stay again, highly recommended.

The hotel is in a great location for attractions and restaurants etc. The staff were very friendly and approachable . Our door didn’t open first time but the locked was fixed immediately. The rooms feel a little worn now but the bed was comfy and the room was clean.
